We know how Local Councils work and what they need to assess your plans. We will collate all documentation, refer to required planning policy, and consult with the relevant experts to have your submission made and assessed as smoothly as possible.

We produce construction documents for all of our projects, however if you’ve had plans prepared and/or approved and now require building permit drawings, we can prepare the information your builder actually needs to get your project built.
